90's Baby

Just because I was born in the 90s (aw cute I know) doesn’t mean I don’t love and appreciate 90s music. Some of my favourite songs are from the 90s. There’s something funky and timeless about that decade of music. I know everyone says that music has gone to sh*!#t these days and they're not totally wrong. Not only is having a proper workout plan in place essential for being productive and effective, having the right playlist can also really affect your performance. There's nothing better than being so immersed in your music that you don't even realize how intensely you've been pushing yourself. From warm-ups to cool-downs, your playlists can shape the way your workouts turn out. A fun, fast-paced and upbeat song may be what you need to run that extra mile. A classic throwback might be just the thing to get you to smile through that last set while a softer and more calming song will help bring your heart rate down after that final push. The perfect warm-up songs start slow, allowing you to cle
