A low impact full body sculpting workout. This class will challenge every muscle in your body!

SPIN

Low impact high cardio workout to upbeat music that will make you smile and sweat at the same time!

PIYO

A music driven, athletic workout that strengthens, stretches, and tones with dynamic movements inspired by the best of Pilates and Yoga.

TRAIN CIRCUIT

Total body conditioning that involves strength, endurance and fun! Our circuit consists of a range of exercises placed in an order to maximize your workout.

MET CON

Metabolic conditioning or “met con” is a class based on short bouts of higher-intensity training designed to increase metabolic demand and increase energy usage.

P.T style workout using dumbbells. Working reps and sets to gradually build your strength.

KETTLEBELLS

This class will give fast results for strength and endurance by challenging both the anaerobic and aerobic systems with dynamic movements.

Varying styles of interval training designed to get you going at max intensity for short bursts, with small rest periods in between.
